Dr. Elba Mandrelle is an Assistant Professor in the Department of English at Swargiya Chandra Singh Shahi Government Post Graduate College, Kapkot, Bageshwar, Uttarakhand. She earned her Ph.D. in English from Kumaun University, Nainital, qualified the UGC-NET in English, and holds an M.A. in English, an MBA. She is also a Member of the Uttarakhand State Authority for Minority Education, constituted by the Government of Uttarakhand to oversee minority educational institutions in the state. Dr. Mandrelle's teaching and research interests include Indian English Literature, Postcolonial Studies, Feminist Literary Theory, Ecocriticism, Cultural Studies, and Digital Humanities. She has presented research papers at national and international conferences and published scholarly articles in peer-reviewed journals. She is presently working on a Chief Minister's Research Scheme project which documents and analyses the sacred temple traditions, oral narratives, cultural heritage, and visual practices of Uttarakhand through an interdisciplinary approach. Her academic work reflects a commitment to innovative teaching, interdisciplinary research, institutional development, and the preservation of Uttarakhand's rich cultural and literary heritage.

Divya Bisht is Published Writer from Chamoli, Uttarakhand. As the Cultural Secretary at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, she has spearheaded grassroots cultural and social initiatives, reconnecting youth with Himalayan folklore and India's cultural heritage. Selected for the prestigious 7-day "Prerna" Experiential Leadership Program (Batch 47), Divya has cultivated strong leadership, public service, and youth mobilization capabilities. As a published author, her creative expression is grounded in literature and societal development. She is the co-author of the published anthology "Palon Ke Dastavej (पलों के दस्तावेज़)" (ISBN: 978-93-6581-804-8, Jan 2025) and "Soch Ka Safarnama (सोच का सफरनामा)" (ISBN: 978-81-19538-03-4), with works featured in Nirmaan Patrika and participation in the 22nd Edition of the National Poetry Contest by S7 Poetry Bharat. Her flagship initiative, "Prerna Path (प्रेरणा पथ)", actively empowers students across Chamoli district by raising awareness for the Viksit Bharat Mission 2047, reconnecting youth with mountain roots, and conducting outreach for student mental health guidance. She regularly organizes street plays (Nukkad Natak) and Swachhata Pakhwada drives, dedicating literature, culture, and art to grassroots societal upliftment.
