About This Product
Chutneys can be spicy, sweet, tangy, or tart. What if it's all of these at once? Our Apricot Chutney promises exactly that — a hint of black pepper and jeera, balanced against the natural sweet-tart of Himalayan apricots. Have it with your parathas, or mix a spoonful into your nimbu pani for a fruity, spiced twist. Versatile and full of flavor — made in small batches the old-fashioned way, hand-chopped, with masalas ground fresh for every batch. Good to know: Apricots turn more tart as they cook, so we hand-cut and hand-chop every batch to preserve as much natural sweetness as possible right up until the cooking stage. This lets us use minimal sugar while giving you the maximum flavor of the fruit. We currently ship within India only. For bulk orders or any other queries, write to us at [ support@hillsome.com]. We're based in the mountains of Uttarakhand, close to 7,000 feet, where logistics and connectivity can be a challenge. Orders are dispatched via Speed Post/courier and typically arrive within 7 days of placing your order. Ingredients: Apricot, Sulphurless Sugar, Salt, Spices, Sodium Benzoate Instructions: To be refrigerated after opening Note: Our products are not eligible for returns, as they are handmade or sourced from small and marginal farmers.
